If you would like to register your child for school, please contact the school office that your son or daughter will attend. You’ll find many of the forms you need for registration listed at the side of this page. You may pick up these forms at each school as well.

In general, you’ll need the following documents when you register:

  • Proof of residency
  • Lease, utility bill, or other document
  • Immunization records
  • Birth certificate
  • Custodial documents
  • IEP from previous school (if any)
  • Address for record release form
  • Transcript, report card, withdrawal or transfer grades (Especially important at the middle and high school levels.)
