During the 2023-2024 Spring Semester, the MESD School Board partnered with Cooperative Educational Services and students, staff, administrators, community members and parents to generate ideas and address needs that would help guide the MESD School Board and Superintendent with the development of a three-year Strategic Plan.
A Strategic Plan is a comprehensive document that outlines goals and strategies. It serves as a guiding document for the district's future direction along with a framework to progress monitor and help with decisions of resource allocations.
At this point of the process, the MESD School Board has adopted a Vision, Mission, Values and the Goals. In August, the Board will review the final Strategic Plan. MESD will share future progress updates on our website.
